French publisher Nacon has delayed its Nacon Connect event from March 4, 2026, to May, citing financial pressures from its recent insolvency filing. Game releases, including GreedFall: The Dying World on March 12, remain on schedule.

Following its insolvency filing on February 25 amid Bigben Interactive's bond loan repayment failure (as covered previously), Nacon announced on March 2 the postponement of its Nacon Connect digital showcase. The event, akin to a mini-E3 for game reveals, will now occur in May to allow focus on upcoming releases and project polishing.

In a statement, Nacon said: "Faced with a difficult economic environment for the company, we are choosing to focus our resources on upcoming releases and the development of our current games. This period will allow us to polish our projects and prepare for a new Nacon Connect to be held in May, which will showcase the work of our studios in the best possible way."

The company reassured that titles like GreedFall: The Dying World, Dragonkin: The Banished, and Cthulhu: The Cosmic Abyss are unaffected. Recent releases include RoboCop: Rogue City and Styx: Blades of Greed (February 19, 2026), with Terminator: Survivors in development.

On Twitter, Nacon posted: "Yes, things are challenging. No, this is not the end. We've decided to postpone Nacon Connect to work even harder on the launch of upcoming games and unveil the new games once our situation is stabilized. We're confident we'll get through this."

Insolvency proceedings seek court approval for debt restructuring to ensure continuity, with no further project impacts detailed beyond the delay.
