The pico y placa restriction at km18 will resume on Monday July 20 to regulate vehicle entry into Cali. The measure will apply only to those entering the city based on the last digit of the license plate and specific time slots.
Authorities stated that the control will be implemented exclusively for entry into Cali via the km18 corridor. It will not affect vehicles exiting the city.
Vehicles with even-numbered plates (0, 2, 4, 6 and 8) may enter between 4:00 p. m. and 6:00 p. m. Those with odd-numbered plates (1, 3, 5, 7 and 9) will have access between 6:00 p. m. and 8:00 p. m.
Authorities recommended that drivers check the last digit of their plate and plan their trip to arrive within the corresponding time slot.
