PUMA and Superkicks launch Jamun Palermo sneaker

PUMA has teamed up with Indian retailer Superkicks on a new Palermo sneaker that draws from the jamun berry and childhood summers in India.

The collaboration features two colorways. One is drenched in purple to evoke the fruit's staining effect, while the other starts white and develops character with wear, much like real jamun stains on fingers and clothes. Both pay tribute to the berry as a symbol of Indian summer and memories from visits to a grandmother's home.
