Senator Camila Flores (RN) spoke on April 15 from the National Congress headquarters in Valparaíso about the reserved investigation by the Public Prosecutor's Office triggered by an anonymous complaint for alleged tax fraud.
"There is no crime, no wrongdoing," she stated categorically. "We are absolutely clear, both the speaker and the team, that we are innocent of these facts. It has a very specific intent," she added, totally and absolutely denying the imputed facts.
Flores said she has not yet been formally notified and that she will not be intimidated. "We will have within the next few days, once we have knowledge of the file under investigation, we will be able to know who makes this complaint," she noted.
The senator committed: "Once we have access to the file, I commit to you to say with name and surname where this comes from." She assured she will continue her work as a mother and public servant.
