Documents are available during office hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 5:15 p.m.) by presenting the payment advice. Bidders must provide a copy of their renewed 2018 Trade License, Tax Clearance Certificate, and VAT Registration Certificate.

Bidders with no poor performance history on previous bureau projects are eligible for Item 1. They must accurately state their organization's direct line phone, cell phone, fax, and email addresses when collecting documents. Bid proposals require a bid bond or Earnest Money Deposit of 2% of the item contract value, in the form of an unconditional bank guarantee or Cash Payment Order (C.P.O.); other forms are not acceptable.

Bids must be deposited in the tender box at the Logistics Department during office hours before 2:00 p.m. Bid opening will occur at 2:30 p.m. at the bureau in the presence of bidders or their legal agents who choose to attend. Failure to comply with conditions will result in automatic rejection.
