Bids must be deposited in the tender box at the Logistics Department during office hours before 2:00 p.m. Bid opening will occur at 2:30 p.m. at the bureau in the presence of bidders or their legal agents who choose to attend. Failure to comply with conditions will result in automatic rejection.
