Tasha has announced her upcoming album You Are Spring, the follow-up to her 2024 release All This and So Much More. The record is scheduled for release on June 26 via Bayonet Records and comes with two new songs.
The Chicago-born singer-songwriter, now based in New York, shared the tracks “Spring” and “Clarion” to mark the announcement. “Spring” features contributions from L’Rain and Jamila Woods and draws inspiration from the Gwendolyn Brooks poem “To the Young Who Want To Die.” Tasha recorded the album in Los Angeles with producer Gregory Uhlmann of the band SML.
