Tesla has begun distributing its Full Self-Driving Supervised v14 Lite software to select vehicles in South Korea. The update targets American-built Model 3 and Model Y cars equipped with Hardware 3 and the Full Self-Driving package. Rollout occurs gradually through sequential waves.
The software update reached early access owners on July 10. It marks the first international deployment of v14 Lite after initial releases in the United States.
Tesla confirmed the system requires drivers to remain attentive with hands on the wheel at all times. Further validation will expand access to all eligible Hardware 3 vehicles in the country over coming days.
Owners receive the update via over-the-air delivery without immediate on-screen notification. The company described the feature as supervised assistance rather than full autonomy.
