Voluntary service strengthens social bonds says Ato Nemera Buli

The winter voluntary service has started in Sokoru Woreda of Jimma Zone in Oromia Region.

Ato Nemera Buli, political affairs head at the Prosperity Party Oromia branch office, said voluntary work strengthens social bonds, mutual aid and brotherhood in addition to development results.

Jimma Zone Administrator Ato Tijani Nasr said the service benefited the community last year by involving youth and investors.

This year youth from various universities and colleges will participate in 72 work sectors, he explained. He called on the community, investors, scholars and youth to join using their labor, money and knowledge.
