A Wisconsin woman was ordered not to possess cigarettes or other burning materials after she allegedly started a five-alarm fire in an abandoned Milwaukee warehouse. The May 20 blaze caused nearly $1 million in damage and required the building's demolition.
Ellen Stevens, 22, was arrested on May 22 for negligent handling of burning material. She posted $250 bond and appeared in court on Tuesday, where a commissioner barred her from possessing items like cigarettes or cigars. Her next hearing is set for July 7.
