WWE has canceled its planned SmackDown episode in Cincinnati, Ohio, scheduled for September 4. Ticketmaster announced the change, citing the event organizer.
The Heritage Bank Center show was part of a slate of 16 Raw and SmackDown dates announced by WWE on May 7. Ticket sales had begun on May 15 before the cancellation.
Ticketmaster stated that refunds would be issued to original purchasers within 14 to 21 days. As of the reports, WWE has not announced a new date or venue for the episode.
