A young man is suspected of being kidnapped, robbed and drugged in an apartment in Rosengård overnight into Thursday.
Police learned of the incident at ten o'clock on Thursday morning. According to spokesperson Evelina Olsson, the man met a young woman who led him to the apartment. There he is believed to have been tied up and threatened with weapon-like objects before being forced to hand over his bank details. The man is thought to have been drugged and unconscious during parts of the event. He sustained no physical injuries requiring acute care. Several people besides the woman, described as a new acquaintance, are suspected of involvement. No one has been arrested. Police are investigating the case, which includes gross robbery, unlawful deprivation of liberty and gross weapons offense, in part by examining surveillance footage from the area.
