Stars acquire Tuomaala from Flyers for defenseman Kyrou

The Dallas Stars acquired forward Samu Tuomaala from the Philadelphia Flyers on Oct. 30 in exchange for defenseman Christian Kyrou. Tuomaala, a 22-year-old from Oulu, Finland, was immediately assigned to the Texas Stars in the AHL. Kyrou, also 22, will report to the Flyers' AHL affiliate, the Lehigh Valley Phantoms.
Lightning recall forward Scott Sabourin from Syracuse Crunch
The Tampa Bay Lightning have recalled forward Scott Sabourin from the AHL's Syracuse Crunch. The 33-year-old has recorded one goal and two points in four games with Syracuse this season.
