Un bébé de 21 mois retrouvé avec 2,14 g d'alcool dans le sang après la crèche

Une enquête a été ouverte après qu’une fillette de 21 mois a été hospitalisée avec un taux d’alcool de 2,14 g dans le sang suite à une journée dans une micro-crèche de l’Oise.

Les parents avaient déposé leur fille le matin du 17 mars à la micro-crèche Les Petits Gaulois à Plailly. Ils ont été rappelés l’après-midi car l’enfant ne cessait de tomber. À l’hôpital, les médecins ont constaté qu’elle était ivre morte.

Le parquet de Senlis a confirmé l’ouverture d’une enquête préliminaire contre X, confiée à la brigade de gendarmerie d’Orry-la-Ville. Les investigations se poursuivent.

La micro-crèche, gérée par le groupe People & Baby, fait l’objet d’une fermeture administrative temporaire depuis le 20 mars. Elle devrait rouvrir courant juin 2026. Aucune malveillance n’a été identifiée à ce jour et l’enfant se porte bien.
