Amit Shah inaugure le Million Minds Tech Park et exhorte le Gujarat à se hisser parmi les trois premiers États dans le secteur des services

Le ministre fédéral de l'Intérieur, Amit Shah, a inauguré dimanche le Million Minds Tech Park à Ahmedabad, appelant le Gujarat à se classer parmi les trois premiers États dans le secteur des services.

Lors de l'événement, Amit Shah a souligné les réussites du Gujarat dans les domaines de la fabrication, de l'ingénierie et de l'énergie verte. Il a affirmé que l'État doit désormais se concentrer sur les services et les technologies de l'information pour rivaliser avec des villes comme Bengaluru et Hyderabad.

Le parc s'étend sur 65 acres et 13,5 lakh de pieds carrés pour sa première phase, construite pour un coût d'environ 1 100 crores de roupies. Il devrait accueillir initialement 9 000 professionnels et se développer en sept phases avec un investissement total de 15 000 crores de roupies, créant plus de 63 000 emplois en cinq ans.

Shekhar Patel, directeur général et PDG de Ganesh Housing Ltd., a qualifié le projet d'initiative de croissance économique qui générera plus de 70 000 emplois directs et indirects tout en attirant des entreprises mondiales à Ahmedabad.
