Biffy Clyro s'associe à Jamie Campbell Bower à Finsbury Park

Biffy Clyro a fait salle comble à Finsbury Park le 3 juillet, avec une apparition surprise de l'acteur et musicien Jamie Campbell Bower lors du rappel.

Le groupe écossais a donné le plus grand concert en tête d'affiche de sa carrière à ce jour dans la salle londonienne. Bower, connu pour son rôle de Vecna dans Stranger Things, les a rejoints pour interpréter le morceau Machines, issu de leur album Puzzle sorti en 2007. Les premières parties comprenaient Nothing But Thieves, Don Broco, Marmozets et Wavves. La setlist a puisé dans l'ensemble du répertoire du groupe et s'est achevée par un rappel comprenant Wolves of Winter, Bubbles et Many of Horror. Biffy Clyro a sorti son dixième album studio, Futique, l'année dernière. Le concert de Finsbury Park s'inscrivait dans le cadre d'une tournée au Royaume-Uni et en Irlande débutée en janvier, le groupe poursuivant ses concerts sans le bassiste James Johnston pour des raisons de santé.

Foo Fighters performed 'Caught in the Echo' and 'Child Actor' live for the first time on the April 25 episode of SNL UK. The band became the first American musical guest on the London-filmed show, hosted by Nicola Coughlan. Dave Grohl made a cameo in Coughlan's opening monologue alongside Jimmy Fallon.
