Cali approuve le projet de modernisation fiscale en premier débat

Le maire de Cali a obtenu l'approbation en premier débat du projet Sistema Recupera visant à mettre à jour la structure fiscale de la ville.

Le Conseil de district de Cali a approuvé l'accord fiscal Sistema Recupera en premier débat, sous l'impulsion du maire Alejandro Eder. Le directeur des finances, Jhon Quinchua Ceballos, a remercié la Commission du budget pour son soutien après des semaines d'examen. Le projet autorise des contributions volontaires issues de l'impôt foncier ou de l'ICA vers des programmes de sécurité, réduit les pénalités pour les ICA non déclarés et supprime les timbres sur 61 procédures citoyennes. Il crée également un statut fiscal unifié comportant 520 articles. La présidente de la commission, Daniela Plaza, a précisé que 22 amendements ont été ajoutés pour adapter la proposition aux besoins locaux. Le conseiller Carlos Hernando Pinilla a noté que le deuxième débat examinera l'impôt foncier et d'autres prélèvements.
