Cali verabschiedet Steuer-Modernisierungsprojekt in erster Lesung

Der Bürgermeister von Cali hat die Zustimmung in erster Lesung für das Projekt „Sistema Recupera“ erhalten, das auf eine Aktualisierung der Steuerstruktur der Stadt abzielt.

Der Bezirksrat von Cali hat dem Steuerabkommen „Sistema Recupera“ unter der Führung von Bürgermeister Alejandro Eder in erster Lesung zugestimmt. Finanzdirektor Jhon Quinchua Ceballos dankte der Haushaltskommission für ihre Unterstützung nach wochenlanger Prüfung. Das Projekt ermöglicht freiwillige Beiträge aus Grundsteuern oder der ICA für Sicherheitsprogramme, senkt Strafen für nicht angemeldete ICA und schafft Stempelgebühren für 61 behördliche Verfahren ab. Zudem wird ein einheitliches Steuerstatut mit 520 Artikeln geschaffen. Die Kommissionsvorsitzende Daniela Plaza erklärte, dass 22 Änderungsanträge hinzugefügt wurden, um den Vorschlag an die lokalen Bedürfnisse anzupassen. Stadtrat Carlos Hernando Pinilla merkte an, dass in der zweiten Lesung die Grundsteuer und andere Abgaben geprüft werden.
