Le Carousel of Progress de Walt Disney, situé au Magic Kingdom, fermera pour une mise à jour importante à partir du 6 juillet 2026. L'attraction devrait rouvrir dans le courant de l'année 2027 avec de nouvelles scènes et une figurine de Walt Disney.

Cette fermeture concerne l'une des attractions classiques de la zone Tomorrowland du parc. Disney a confirmé que les travaux débuteront le 6 juillet 2026, marquant ainsi la première rénovation majeure depuis 1994.

Une nouvelle figurine Audio-Animatronic de Walt Disney fera sa première apparition à Walt Disney World. L'attraction conservera sa chanson thème, « There’s a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow », ainsi que de nombreux accessoires et effets originaux.
