Une conseillère demande l'inéligibilité de Regina Nunes

La conseillère Amanda Paschoal (PSOL) a déposé vendredi une plainte auprès du parquet électoral régional de São Paulo pour demander une peine d'inéligibilité de huit ans contre Regina Nunes.

Paschoal allègue que Regina Nunes, première dame et pré-candidate du MDB au poste de députée d'État, a bénéficié d'un avantage injuste grâce à l'utilisation d'un fonctionnaire. Breno de Souza Santos, affecté au Secrétariat municipal des droits de l'homme, percevait un salaire mensuel de 5 637 R$ et produisait des vidéos pour les réseaux sociaux de la première dame pendant ses heures de service. Les documents montrent que l'employé accompagnait Regina Nunes lors d'événements de pré-campagne depuis février. Son licenciement a été publié au Journal officiel mercredi, un jour après que le journal Folha a interrogé la mairie. L'administration municipale a nié que Breno ait fourni des services à la première dame et a affirmé qu'il accomplissait ses fonctions. Paschoal demande une amende, une déclaration d'inéligibilité et le renvoi de l'affaire devant le ministère public pour une enquête sur une éventuelle malversation administrative.
