Un conducteur percute deux jeunes à moto, prend la fuite et est appréhendé

Un conducteur a été arrêté après avoir renversé deux jeunes à moto dans la municipalité de Pitalito. L'incident s'est produit devant la discothèque Rumbabú.

Les faits se sont déroulés vendredi soir dernier. Le conducteur, apparemment en état d'ébriété, a percuté les jeunes avant de prendre la fuite en direction de Timaná. Les dommages subis par son véhicule l'ont empêché d'aller bien loin. Cela a permis aux unités de police de le poursuivre et de l'intercepter. Les jeunes ont été secourus et transportés dans un centre médical. Ils y ont reçu des soins et se rétablissent de leurs blessures. Les proches ont réclamé justice. « Nous demandons justice pour mes neveux et davantage de sensibilisation sur les routes », a déclaré Lorena Claros Trujillo, la tante des jeunes, sur Facebook.
