La commission électorale rejette la demande de Vox contre HazteOir

La commission électorale d'Andalousie a rejeté la demande de Vox visant à tenir les membres de HazteOir à l'écart de ses événements de campagne. L'organisme fait valoir que cette mesure porterait atteinte à des droits fondamentaux tels que la liberté de mouvement et d'expression.

L'incident à l'origine de cette demande a eu lieu le 14 mai dans une ville d'Almería. Des membres de HazteOir s'étaient approchés d'un rassemblement de Vox pour protester contre le non-respect par le parti de ses engagements en faveur de la défense de la vie.

Vox avait sollicité des mesures préventives auprès de la commission électorale, invoquant un harcèlement systématique et le boycott de ses événements. Le parti de Santiago Abascal a qualifié les actions de l'association ultraconservatrice de tentatives visant à entraver les droits politiques.

Dans sa réponse, la commission électorale, présidée par José Ángel Vázquez, a déclaré que le litige n'avait pas de caractère électoral. Elle recommande à Vox de contacter directement la police ou la Garde civile en cas de troubles à l'ordre public.

HazteOir a défendu ses rassemblements comme un exercice légitime de la liberté d'expression et de réunion pacifique, conformément à la jurisprudence de la Cour constitutionnelle pendant les périodes électorales.
