Un homme de Floride inculpé du meurtre au second degré d'une femme de 76 ans

Paul Stottler, âgé de 39 ans, a été arrêté et inculpé de meurtre au second degré après que la police a découvert le corps d'Emma Jean Mullins, 76 ans, dans une chambre d'hôtel de St. Petersburg. La police est intervenue au Holiday Inn Express de St. Petersburg, en Floride, le 25 juin, après que le personnel a découvert le corps de Mullins dissimulé sous un matelas et recouvert de draps et de vêtements. Les agents ont récupéré des documents portant le nom de Mullins, ainsi que des vêtements pour hommes et de la literie ensanglantée. Stottler a été inculpé vendredi et est détenu sans caution à la prison du comté de Pinellas. Il doit comparaître devant le tribunal mardi. La police a déclaré qu'il avait admis avoir jeté des preuves après son arrestation.
