Un ancien député et gynécologue arrêté puis libéré dans le Paraná

Le gynécologue et ancien député d'État Felipe Lucas, âgé de 81 ans, a été placé en détention préventive à Curitiba, soupçonné d'avoir abusé sexuellement d'une patiente en plein travail. L'arrestation a eu lieu mercredi et a été révoquée jeudi soir.

Selon la police civile du Paraná, la détention préventive a été autorisée par le tribunal après que la victime a rapporté avoir subi des abus pendant environ cinq minutes au début du travail à Teixeira Soares. Les faits présumés se seraient produits en 2011.

La défense du médecin a déclaré que le tribunal avait reconnu l'extinction de la punissabilité en raison du temps écoulé. Les avocats ont affirmé que l'allégation est totalement fausse et que Felipe Lucas prouvera son innocence devant le tribunal.

Le Conseil régional de médecine du Paraná a ouvert une enquête pour examiner les plaintes de manière indépendante. Le médecin, qui a été conseiller municipal, maire d'Irati et député d'État à différentes périodes, réside actuellement à Irati.
