KNDS avance sur ses plans d'introduction en bourse sans attendre la décision du gouvernement

Le fabricant de chars KNDS a l'intention de poursuivre son introduction en bourse selon le calendrier initial et n'attendra pas une éventuelle prise de participation du gouvernement allemand. Le directeur général Jean-Paul Alary a confirmé vendredi que les préparatifs se poursuivent.

KNDS continue d'examiner la fenêtre de tir la plus proche possible pour cette opération. Les propriétaires et le conseil de surveillance soutiennent cette orientation.

Plusieurs médias avaient rapporté que le gouvernement fédéral avait demandé un report de l'introduction en bourse, initialement prévue avant la pause estivale, à l'automne. La raison invoquée est le processus de négociation en cours concernant une éventuelle participation de l'État à hauteur de 30 à 40 pour cent.

KNDS a déclaré qu'une participation du gouvernement fédéral serait la bienvenue. Cependant, les préparatifs de l'introduction en bourse restent prioritaires.
