KNDS fremmer planer om børsnotering uden at afvente regeringsbeslutning

Kampvognsproducenten KNDS agter at gå videre med sin børsnotering efter den oprindelige tidsplan og vil ikke vente på en mulig ejerandel fra den tyske regerings side. Administrerende direktør Jean-Paul Alary bekræftede fredag, at forberedelserne fortsætter.

KNDS fortsætter med at undersøge det tidligst mulige tidsvindue for tiltaget. Ejerne og tilsynsrådet støtter denne kurs.

Adskillige medier havde rapporteret, at den tyske forbundsregering havde anmodet om at udskyde børsnoteringen fra før sommerferien til efteråret. Årsagen er den igangværende forhandlingsproces om en mulig statslig ejerandel på 30 til 40 procent.

KNDS udtalte, at en deltagelse fra forbundsregeringens side ville være velkommen. Forberedelserne til børsnoteringen har dog prioritet.
