Muse a atteint la première place de l'Official Albums Chart au Royaume-Uni avec son dixième album studio, The Wow! Signal. Cette sortie marque le huitième album du groupe à se hisser en tête des classements britanniques.

Le trio, composé de Matt Bellamy, Dominic Howard et Chris Wolstenholme, égale désormais Oasis, The Killers et Led Zeppelin, qui comptent chacun huit albums numéro un.
