Des musiciens se produiront lors d'un concert de soutien à Gaza à Londres

Une brochette de musiciens britanniques chevronnés montera sur scène au Scala de Londres le 17 mai prochain dans le cadre d'un événement caritatif intitulé Artists for Gaza. La manifestation permettra de récolter des fonds pour l'aide médicale à Gaza par l'intermédiaire de Health Workers 4 Palestine.

Paul Weller, Madness, le leader de Primal Scream Bobby Gillespie, le bassiste des Sex Pistols Glen Matlock et d'autres artistes se produiront en live ou assureront des sets de DJ dans la salle du Scala. Les bénéfices seront reversés au Gaza Medics Solidarity Fund, qui finance la reconstruction de maternités et de cliniques mobiles dans la région. Il s'agit du troisième événement de ce type, faisant suite à deux concerts précédents qui avaient permis de collecter plus de 55 000 livres sterling pour l'appel de l'UNICEF en faveur de Gaza.
