Patrick Bruel a été placé sous contrôle judiciaire après sa mise en examen mercredi soir au tribunal de Nanterre. Le parquet avait requis la détention provisoire, mais le juge a refusé cette mesure.

Me Fanny Colin, l’une de ses avocates, a confirmé sa remise en liberté. Le chanteur est mis en examen dans quatre affaires et placé sous le statut de témoin assisté dans quatre autres dossiers. Une affaire supplémentaire a été classée pour prescription.

Une information judiciaire porte sur des faits survenus entre 2010 et 2019 dans plusieurs villes dont Grenoble, Bruxelles, Neuilly-sur-Seine, Dinard, L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, Paris, Perpignan, Ajaccio et Nyon. Patrick Bruel conteste l’ensemble des accusations.

Treize autres procédures concernant des faits entre 1992 et 2008 ont été jointes pour vérifier la prescription.
