La Professional Game Match Officials (PGMO) a admis que le but de Manchester United aurait dû être annulé pour une main lors de sa victoire 3-2 en Premier League face à Nottingham Forest dimanche.

Le chef des arbitres, Howard Webb, a contacté Nottingham Forest lundi pour reconnaître que l'arbitre Michael Salisbury avait pris une mauvaise décision. L'arbitre VAR, Matt Donohue, avait conseillé à Salisbury de revoir l'incident, mais l'arbitre a validé le but après avoir jugé que le contact avec le bras de Bryan Mbeumo était accidentel.
