Les partis politiques appelés à respecter la loi avant les élections générales de 2027

Le président du Bureau du registraire des partis politiques a exhorté les partis politiques à se conformer aux lois et règlements lors de la remise du certificat d'enregistrement au parti Kenya United Generation à Nairobi.

John Lorionokou, président du Bureau du registraire des partis politiques (ORPP), a déclaré que certains politiciens utilisent les partis politiques à des fins personnelles plutôt que pour servir les citoyens. Il a souligné que les partis jouent un rôle essentiel dans le renforcement de la démocratie et que les dirigeants ainsi que les membres doivent respecter les lois et les règles de leurs formations politiques. Vincent Munywoki, chef du parti KUG, a expliqué que l'enregistrement du parti offrirait aux jeunes des opportunités de participer à la vie politique et de favoriser le changement. Le parti se concentrera sur les programmes liés à la jeunesse, la responsabilité, ainsi que le développement social et économique.
