Oliveira, chroniqueuse pour O Globo et commentatrice sur GloboNews et CBN, rejoint le conseil après avoir reçu le Prix spécial Vladimir Herzog 2024 pour sa contribution à la démocratie, à la diversité et aux droits humains.
