Il inclut le premier single Home et a été enregistré en grande partie sur six jours aux Dreamland Recording Studios de Woodstock, dans l'État de New York, avec des sessions supplémentaires aux Long Pond Studios. Bareilles a également partagé des détails sur un documentaire intitulé Sara Bareilles: Good Grief, dont la première est prévue le 4 juin au Tribeca Festival. Le film immortalise son retour en studio avec ses collaborateurs de longue date, dont le batteur Charley Drayton et la guitariste Butterfly Boucher. Une tournée nord-américaine débutera le 9 septembre à Boston et passera par New York, Los Angeles, Chicago et d'autres villes. Les préventes de billets débutent le 8 juin, suivies de la mise en vente générale le 10 juin. L'album comprend le morceau Salt Then Sour Then Sweet, co-écrit avec Brandi Carlile et la regrettée Andrea Gibson. Bareilles doit également faire ses débuts à la Rolling Stone Residency le 11 juin à New York.
