Attorney General asks BGN to accelerate distribution of MBG electric motorcycles

The Attorney General's Office has asked the National Nutrition Agency to speed up distribution of thousands of electric motorcycles still stored in warehouses for the Free Nutritious Meals program.

Director of Investigation at Jampidsus Syarief Sulaeman Nahdi said investigators do not need all electric motorcycle units as evidence. He stressed that the Attorney General's Office will not seize every motorcycle.

Most of the electric motorcycles remain in warehouses including in the Sentul area of Bogor. Only a small number have reached MBG kitchens in various regions.

Investigators also found indications of mark up from the HPS preparation stage with a value of around Rp47 million per unit. The total procurement value reached Rp1.2 trillion. Three former BGN officials were named suspects on June 3 2026.
