The Attorney General's Office has identified two main methods in the alleged corruption case involving the management of the Free Nutritious Meals program at the National Nutrition Agency for 2025-2026.
The Attorney General's Office has named five people as suspects in an investigation running in parallel for two clusters.
The first cluster involves buying and selling points for Nutrition Fulfillment Service Station kitchens. The second cluster covers the procurement of goods and services, including electric motorcycles.
The suspects include former BGN Head Dadan Hindayana, former BGN Deputy Heads Lodewyk Pusung and Sony Sonjaya, who were named on June 3 2026, as well as Asep Yusuf Somantri on June 6 2026 and Andri Mulyono on June 12 2026.
Andri Mulyono, Commissioner of PT Yasa Artha Trimanunggal, was detained for 20 days at Salemba Detention Center. Investigators found alleged mark-ups on electric motorcycles of up to Rp 47 million per unit and non-compliance with vendor requirements.
