Lawyers from the Chama cha Gema Watho Association claim that 64 pages of the High Court judgment on Rigathi Gachagua's removal are missing.
The lawyers wrote to the Deputy Registrar of the Constitutional and Human Rights Division on June 12 seeking the full judgment along with records from the June 8 session.
They said Judge Eric Ogola had stated the judgment ran to 350 pages and that the three judges read it until 3 a.m. before signing.
The copy they received three days later contained only 286 pages and lacked the judges' signatures. "It is clear that 64 pages are missing from that judgment," said lawyers from Kiragu Wathuta & Company Advocates.
