Twelve MOUs were signed on energy, tech and culture, with a large business delegation in tow.

Building on this, Lee meets Prime Minister Le Minh Hung on Thursday, followed by talks with National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man and a business forum. The delegation features key executives: Samsung's Lee Jae-yong, SK's Chey Tae-won, LG's Koo Kwang-mo and Lotte's Shin Dong-bin.

On the sidelines, 12 memorandums of understanding were inked, including Korea Electric Power Corporation and Vietnam National Industry-Energy Group deals for nuclear power studies and financing. Others covered AI, cybersecurity, power grid upgrades, infrastructure, semiconductors and culture.

To Lam endorsed Korean investments in these areas. Both reaffirmed a $150 billion trade target by 2030 (from $94.6 billion in 2025). Lee outlined Korean Peninsula peace initiatives, gaining To Lam's support.
