Theodor Lennström targets new start after injury setback

Theodor Lennström is ramping up training ahead of the new season following a difficult year marred by an upper-body injury. The 31-year-old defenseman played just 18 games for Linköping last season after signing from Färjestad.

Lennström, who won the SM gold with Färjestad in 2022, described the recovery process as a real test. Linköping also lost captain Oscar Fantenberg to a serious injury for much of the campaign, contributing to the team’s failure to reach the SM playoffs. Lennström has reported no setbacks so far as he prepares for a fresh campaign with the club.
