Commercial LPG cylinder prices hiked in Delhi from June 1

Commercial LPG cylinder prices were raised in Delhi and Kolkata effective June 1, while domestic LPG rates for households remained unchanged.

The price of commercial LPG cylinders in Delhi increased by Rs 42 from June 1. Similar adjustments were made in Kolkata as part of efforts to build stronger reserves and enforce stricter anti-hoarding measures.

No changes were announced for domestic LPG cylinders used by households. The adjustments apply to 19 kg commercial cylinders and 5 kg free trade LPG variants.

The government has linked the price revision to its ongoing fuel security initiatives.
