George Michael's former manager has expressed hopes of finishing and releasing a duet the late singer recorded with Elton John in the 1990s.
Andros Georgiou said the track, titled ‘This Kind of Love’, features separate vocal recordings from both artists. He is now seeking Sir Elton's permission to combine the parts and complete the song.
Georgiou shared the plans while promoting his film Trojan Souls, which focuses on Michael's unreleased 1993 album of the same name. The manager noted that Elton John had been "blown away by the song" and remained a strong supporter of Michael.
Michael died in 2016. The two singers had previously collaborated on a hit remake of ‘Don’t Let the Sun Go Down on Me’.
