Deepa Jewellers dan Cotec Healthcare terima persetujuan IPO dari Sebi

Dua perusahaan India telah mendapatkan izin regulasi untuk melanjutkan penawaran umum perdana (IPO). Deepa Jewellers dan Cotec Healthcare keduanya telah memperoleh persetujuan dari Securities and Exchange Board of India.

Deepa Jewellers, perusahaan pengolah perhiasan emas berstandar hallmarked yang berbasis di Hyderabad, berencana menerbitkan saham baru senilai Rs 250 crore sebagai bagian dari IPO-nya. Penawaran ini juga mencakup komponen penawaran untuk dijual (offer for sale) dari para promotor perusahaan. Perusahaan ini beroperasi di segmen B2B, dengan fokus pada perhiasan emas 22 karat dan distribusi grosir di India selatan.
