Horsegiirl announces debut album 'Nature Is Healing'

Berlin-based singer, DJ and producer Horsegiirl has announced her debut studio album, 'Nature Is Healing', set for release on June 5 via RCA Records. The reveal comes with new single 'Earth Is Turning'—accompanied by a visualizer—exploring themes of nature's resilience, building on her trance origins with balearic grooves, electroclash, new-age downtempo, gabber and hyperpop.

Horsegiirl previewed the album with 'Earth Is Turning', a club-ready track featuring psychedelic and trance elements. In the song, she chants, “The Earth is turning/turning all the time/… And love is winning/winning every time,” emphasizing that “Even if things seem like they’re ending, the Earth will keep on turning.” A press release describes it as exploring “the cyclical resilience of nature against human actions.”

The artist stated: “I want to remind human beings that they are part of nature… You are not looking at nature from the outside, but you are right in it.” This realization stemmed from an ayahuasca ceremony in Ecuador following burnout from the music industry late last year, where she discovered her purpose to guide humanity's awareness of its environmental impact.

Album themes urge listeners to “follow the body, trust the beating pulse” and surrender to natural cycles, with the message that “Nature is healing. And so are you.” Sonically, 'Nature Is Healing' incorporates samples of birds, insects and global percussion to underscore interconnectedness, building on her ONeEARTH mythology. Recent singles 'An Apple A Day' and 'Only The Best' also preview the record, following her 2025 EP 'V.I.P. – Very Important Pony'.

Collaborators include Nomak, Casey MQ, Margo XS, Elof Loelv, FREE Jimi, Suena, A.G. Cook and Luvhunter.

Horsegiirl recently performed at Coachella 2026, joining Wet Leg and PinkPantheress on stage. She is scheduled for Radio 1’s Big Weekend in Sunderland, to open for Robyn at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles, with a headline tour planned later this year.
