Apple is preparing new iPad Pro models for a spring 2027 release while increasing production targets for its first foldable iPhone.
The company is testing four updated iPad Pro variants that will keep the current 11-inch and 13-inch screen sizes. These models are expected to include faster processors, possibly an M7 chip, and vapor chamber cooling.
Bloomberg reporter Mark Gurman also noted that Apple is redesigning its entry-level 14-inch MacBook Pro with a touchscreen for a possible first-half 2027 debut.
On the foldable front, Apple has raised its production forecast to 10 million units this year, according to Nikkei Asia. The device is slated for a September launch at a price between $2,000 and $2,500.
A company representative did not immediately comment on the reports.
