By the time of filming during her four-night run in Manchester, England, in July 2025, she had completed nearly 80 shows since the tour began in September 2024. The setlist drew from albums including Hit Me Hard and Soft, Happier Than Ever and When We All Fall Asleep Where Do We Go? along with other releases from her career. The tour, her largest to date with 106 shows across four continents, concluded in November 2025. Eilish initially resisted onstage cameras to preserve the show's integrity, responding with 'Absolutely no. Don’t want to change the show.' Cameron spent six months convincing her, arguing that 'intimacy is so much more powerful in 3D.' Their collaboration involved long creative meetings where Cameron pushed Eilish outside her comfort zone, but she co-directed to retain control over performance and lighting.
