Falun Municipality has ended its cooperation with IFK Falun Alpin, which previously handled operations at Källviksbacken. The decision means new discussions will start on future terms.

The slope has been part of Falun since 1971 when the club built it. The Municipality took ownership in 1989 but the club continued running it.

Under the prior agreement the club received revenues from lift tickets while the Municipality covered investments, electricity and winter maintenance. The club paid a fee based on its income.
