Il Parlamento andaluso ha respinto l'investitura di Juan Manuel Moreno con i voti contrari di PSOE, Vox, Adelante Andalucía e Por Andalucía. A Moreno è mancata la maggioranza assoluta richiesta e rimane in carica fino alla seconda votazione. Il portavoce di Vox, Manuel Gavira, ha chiesto la stessa formula di governo applicata in Extremadura, Aragona e Castiglia e León, inclusa la “priorità nazionale”. Moreno ha avvertito che, se non si raggiungerà un accordo, le elezioni si ripeteranno il 25 ottobre.
