Motorcycle satisfaction stands at 93%, versus 25% positive perception for MIO users. Additionally, 36% of MIO users find trips longer than in 2024. Digital platforms now serve 13% as primary transport, up from 3% in 2023.

On infrastructure, 67% are dissatisfied with vehicle roads, 53% with sidewalks, and 41% with bike lanes. Environmentally, 57% are satisfied with air quality, but views split on water and noise.

Economically, self-perceived poverty fell from 24% in 2024 to 15% in 2025. 30% see their situation improving, with public service satisfaction between 70% and 86%.
