Security guard convicted of misconduct after arm break

The man worked as a security guard and receives 30 day fines. A pub guest suffered a broken arm during the intervention.

Two colleagues, a man in his 40s and a man in his 50s, are fully acquitted of the charges. One court member dissented and wanted all three cleared.
