SEVENTEEN's Joshua to speak at UNESCO youth event in Paris

SEVENTEEN member Joshua is set to address attendees at a UNESCO ceremony in Paris later this month. Pledis Entertainment confirmed the appearance on June 16, highlighting his role as a Goodwill Ambassador for Youth.

Joshua will take the podium during the June 25 event titled “UNESCO x SEVENTEEN: Celebrating Youth, Creativity and Well-Being Together” at UNESCO Headquarters.

The appearance supports the ongoing “Going Together – For Youth Creativity & Well Being” program, a collaboration between the group and UNESCO that focuses on youth projects in music, art, sports, and mental health.

SEVENTEEN received its UNESCO appointment in 2024 after earlier participation in youth forums and has contributed one million dollars plus additional auction proceeds to related grant initiatives.

High-profile guests including UNESCO Director General Khaled El-Enany are also expected at the Paris gathering.
