An 18-year-old suspect appeared in court on Tuesday for his role in the fatal shooting of Uber driver Joshua Kelvin nearly two years ago. Prosecutors described the attack as a planned ambush on two teenage passengers. The driver was killed and one passenger seriously injured in Portland, Oregon.

Neiana Allen-Bailey, 20, was sentenced to 20 years in prison for the second-degree murder of Uber driver Amare Geda, 52, in downtown Seattle in 2023.
